Possibly one of the worst bits of made-up ITK I've ever seen.
Why on earth would the club be 'frustrated' at stuff in the media around one player? We get linked to hundreds, why would Zaha be any different?

Does seem to be too much smoke on Zaha. Media said he was a target all summer, breezer hears from the agent and herc seems to get info club side.

If we're pursuing Zaha it would be in the clubs interest to keep things hush hush and even flat out deny that we're in for him - in order for palace to get their replacements without clubs knowing they have a fat stack of cash to burn.
It's literally a carbon copy of Bale 5 years ago.

Nope. Fed up with watching that bullshit getting so much attention here. And I'm sure the people behind SC know, but it attract a lot of attention and site traffic so can't blame them.

it's kind of hard to ignore though, but it bothers me big time that someone who's clearly a WUM gets worshiped like a god. An insult to the proper ITKs on here.

Problem is if the price goes down then that attracts more suitors. Now I know there's probably no one in the PL who'd be interested that he'd rather go to but clubs abroad might become interested at a low price.
Levy still has to make a reasonable offer as Parish can easily sell him abroad after the window shuts. We won't be able to get him for peanuts.

Re: JJ's 'not in the press' info, bear in mind a lot of the names which have been discussed on here this summer are based on ITK and cryptics and so haven't actually been 'in the press'.
Just because they've not been reported recently by newspapers doesn't mean they're 'new' names to the list of possibilities.

That was following his comment on Lewis Cook so I assume he is referring to our top CM target.
Didn’t he say ‘not out there yet’? Could mean not been mentioned anywhere, not just in the press!!
