A shuttle bus service is planned from Ally Pally. The maps give an indication of THFC support in targeted areas. pic.twitter.com/nLhjT6g31g

BTW, In pre-application discussions with Harringey planners is :

500 White Hart Lane (formerly offered to Archway steel as a new 'home', but rejected by them)
Redevelopment to provide approx. 120 residential units, supermarket and employment floorspace.
Potential site for off site affordable provision for the Spurs stadium scheme. 1 meeting, held. Proposal under discussion.

So MKDons agree to sell ground to Chelsea, it seems more and more to me that someone at that shower of blue shits is intent on fucking with our plans, first Archway and their seemingly bottomless pit of funds, then we have a plan to rent Wembley only for the rent to go through the roof when Chelsea declare they'll pay well over the odds despite having no planning agreement and now Chelsea suddenly want to buy the MKDons Stadium out of all the stadiums in the world they could buy.

****s I'd love it if it comes to light that at the height of Kelmsley and Levy's property buying splurge they bought up some key properties around Stamford Bridge and it bolloxes them for decades!

Something shady's going on else it's an awful lot of convenient coincidences...

Eh? They bought AFC Wimbledon's ground, not MK Dons'.

Interesting supporter movement survey, I think I can see my own house on there, looks like a neighbour is a fellow ST holder. My question is why they don't do it now. It'd be so much easier to have a shuttle to Wood Green station. It'd make more sense to do that for many people, rather than wait 20mins for a train

The Club can announce that it has appointed Mace as Construction Partner for the new stadium scheme.

Mace will become an integrated member of the Project Team and develop the pre construction plans, detailed construction programmes and work with the Club to procure specialist sub contract tenders for the new stadium works.

Commenting on the appointment, Daniel Levy, Chairman, said, “This is another step towards the delivery of one of the best stadiums in the world. We are delighted to have Mace on board. They bring a wealth of experience and I know they share our commitment to ensuring that the development will be first class in every aspect. We now await Haringey Council's Planning Committee decision on 8 December 2015.”

Mark Reynolds, Mace Chief Executive said: “We are privileged and thrilled to join the team to take the new stadium to its next stage of development. We look forward to working with the Club and its consultants to make sure the project is a success. It is of critical importance as it is the flagship development that will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of this area."

Mace is an international consultancy and construction company employing over 5,100 people, across five continents. Mace have been involved in delivering a number of significant projects, such as The Shard, Birmingham New Street Station, Heathrow Terminal 5, and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games stadium and venues.

It sounds as if they have adopted a "construction management" procurement approach. That would be consistent with earlier statements and also with the already-let £49m structural contract.

Instead of appointing a general contractor, who procures all the specialist contracts at their own risk and adds (say) 10% "profit and attendance" to the lot, you appoint a firm to manage the project. They do the work in arranging the subcontracts, but the individual packages are contracted directly between the main employer (THFC's development company) and the specialist contractors. The construction manager gets paid a fee for services rendered, rather than a contract price for the whole building. The fee would probably include incentives related to out-turn price, quality and completion on schedule.

Advantages: it costs less and you retain better control over detail and quality than if you appoint a design-and-build contractor. Disadvantages: greater financial risk and a hell of a lot of work. Personal opinion: this will make it easier to produce a better building than a design-and-build contract.
