Troy Parrott denied loan transfer due to quirk in UEFA rules

Tottenham teenager Troy Parrott has been blocked from making a deadline-day loan move - by UEFA regulations.

Spurs were keen to send out the 17-year-old striker with Premier League club Burnley interested and Charlton and Queens Park Rangers also hoping to take him.
