Tottenham have been dealt a major blow with Hugo Lloris set to be out for between six to eight weeks through injury. The long-serving goalkeeper sustained ligament damage following a challenge late on in last Sunday's 1-0 win over Man City.

Get well soon Hugo! Take a good rest & come back sharp.

Who is our 3rd goalie Brandon or Whiteman?

People saying a couple of weeks ago that Lloris should be dropped for a while must be a bit nervous now

Not really. Lloris' recent form has been pretty poor. Forster's a decent keeper with plenty of experience. This doesn't automatically become a catastrophe because it's been forced on us. My only concern is what happens if Forster gets a knock.

I've thought for a while that we need to move on from Hugo but I don't think Forster improves us. Plus coming in from the cold is always a difficult job.

I don't think you'll find a number 2 keeper anywhere who improves a team, otherwise they'd be number 1. Forster might actually calm things down a bit at the back since Lloris has been so 'flappy' of late.

Yeah Fraser’s not played much but at least he will get a run of games now so should get in a bit of o rhythm

Well, this is one of those career defining opportunities for Fraser. He has a good chance to step up and make Conte believe he can be the number one, number one. He is a good keeper, lets see if he can be a great keeper.

They said that knowing what our other options are.
You’re right, I should have explained myself more clearly, Lloris hasn’t played well consistently now for nearly a year, during that time the club should have invested it a better goalkeeper and Lloris leaving the club or being out injured wouldn’t have left us with a keeper that last season couldn’t get in the Southampton team.
