I really think as the report states that he will eventually come in as a number nine. He won't fail through lack of effort, and i for one really hope he succeeds.

I hadn't given any thought to the impact of the pandemic on players who are on loan away from home. Kane has spoken about struggling mentally with being away from home, living in temporary accommodation etc. while out on loan...and that wasn't during a pandemic.

A season in the Championship is the next logical step in his development, so let's hope we find the right team for him.

I think either Middlesbrough as a sweetener for Spence, or QPR to keep him close by and easily supported and monitored by the club would be the 2 best options.
