In one of the greatest hours of mid-essay procrastination of my university life, I managed to have a good rummage around on youtube and footytube and found some good little clips and interesting finds (which probably have been found before!)
First up is this fantastically cheeky corner move from Recreativo Huelva in their 3-2 defeat to Real Madrid in which Robben nearly got 'Eduardo'ed as well. It comes in the first 30 seconds.
Second is a quite simply magnificent performance form Sergio Aguero in this 4-2 victory over Barcelona - barely captured by the highlights. There's clearly plenty more to come from Torres' former strike partner.
Somehow, I think from watching clips of the 2007 Fifa u20s World Cup, I came across this kid, the 17 year old Jozy Altidore. I think he could be a fantastic prospect; it seems that he's got really good positional awareness, plenty of skill and is incredibly strong. He'll probably end up at Fulham or some team like that though! PS - sit through the multiple repeats of the first clip and it gets a LOT better!
