Scarlett and Devine have been catching the eye for England this week

Tottenham's talented teenagers Dane Scarlett and Alfie Devine have both been making their mark for England this week. Both young Spurs players were called up this month by head coach Ian Foster for the England U19s as they continue their rapid progression through the age groups both at club level and internationally.
