Leeds United have entered the transfer race for Everton target and Tottenham midfielder, Harry Winks. After Leeds survived relegation on the final day of the Premier League season, Jesse Marsch needs to improve and bulk up his squad ahead of the new campaign.

I'm not sure signing Winks counts as 'bulking' up, but I think a more progressive club in Leeds could be a bitter fit for him than Fat Frank's relegation battlers.
I agree with all that. I just have a feeling that Leeds will be a lower mid-table this side. But yeah, for Winks, he'd no doubt be a better fit for those teams you mention. But Leeds also could be in a relegation fight next year. Although I agree it probably would be a better fit for him than Everton.
I think the ideal move for Winks would be somewhere like Southampton or Wolves where he could slot into a well organised progressive team where expectations on him are not super high. I think he can look quite neat when things are going well and he is capable of moving and recycling the ball fairly effectively.
He’s not the player I would want in a relegation battle though. He’s not really the type who is going to take the game to the opposition and he doesn’t really contribute many goals or assists. I think Everton will be looking for players who can make a major impact and I don’t think Winks is that type of player.
