International Membership

Hey guys,

First, I‘m sorry but my english isn‘t the best, I hope that you can understand me.
I‘ve been a Spurs Fan for some years now (living in Germany)
I‘m considering to get the One Hotspur Membership for this season but I have a question.
I‘ve read that there isn‘t a membership pack anymore for adults but you receive a 15£ Gift voucher.
Do I still get a membership card (Stadium access card) if I complete a membership?

Not sure as entry into the stadium is going to be electronic in the future with smart phones.
Not sure what will happen to fans who do not have a device.
