I think it's a bit harsh on Conte. The second 'incident' was 100% down to Tuchel grabbing his hand and then yanking him around.

Its crazy that they have looked at it again and charged both, madness.
Touch of class by Conte though to say the ref didn't understand the dynamics of the situation and he accepts the red card.
Tuchel by comparison moaned like a big baby.

AG suggested it all stemmed from tuchel, prematch, suggesting he wouldn't trust anything conte says.
Tuchel is a smart guy, and it is possible he knew the right buttons to press. (conte prizes honesty.)
He not only setup his side to nullify the way we play but created a lot of distraction to stop conte working out what was going on with a clear head. It was a masterclass.

The shake-hands routine puts a marker down for the next game - he really sees us as a threat this season. I hope he's right.

I say it gives Conte the right not to shake his hand after the next game.

Hopefully we win and he can just walk past him

Pretty pathetic. They had a heated moment and that's all it was. The red card suffices. Klopp goes ballistic every single game at the officials and he doesn't get charged.

The real chargeworthy incident is Tuchel essentially saying the red was biased and that they don't want him reffing Chelsea anymore.

Very odd. I really don't see what Conte did to deserve a red card. He was just reacting to Tuchel's aggression. Unless it's for something else regarding technical area transgressions or something. I hope in the next game Conte stares him down while crushing his skinny hand bones in a death grip.

The 2nd incident was after the match had ended so nothing to do with technical areas. I don't see what Conte did wrong since it was Tuchel who spun him round. Since when does Tuchel get to decide the correct protocol for a handshake anyway. Bloke's an arsehole.
