    Sky Transfer show just announced Lo Celso was being looked at by Atletico Madrid but Spurs have gone back in with an improved offer... Not sure what to make of what's going on... Coutinho on Loan, Agreed with Juve for Dybala... Back in for Lo Celso.. doesn't make any sense lol
