I love the club and totally back AVB, however the appointment was the worst kept secret in football and when the news was made official today it was such an anti climax it felt like reaching your vinegar stroke, and then in the words of Borat, no sex explosion!
Hopefully if true, AVB's unrealistic demands and over inflated ego will leave the door open for Roberto Martinez, who after finding out he wasn't first choice, will tell Daniel Levy ever so nicely to stick his Manager's job up his bum!
.......(ie. Mourinho or Guardiola) that everyone, ITK's included, are being fed misinformation to throw the media and everyone off the scent.
I mean I can't see Danny and the Board at Tottenham appointing AVB as is now being so widely predicted that the bookies have stopped taking bets on him...
Would love to see him as our Manager. Hope Danny is watching Spain vs Italy 'cos Martinez is tactically astute and intelligently eloquent in his summing up of the play. IMHO would do very well at a top four/six club. Wish it was ours. That's all.

Seems an awful large amount for a first bid! A bit like when we bought Bentley from Blackburn. They were prepared to let him go for £5 million but Levy jumped straight in and offered them £16 million. Blackburn thought all their Christmases and birthdays had come at once.

I've got three, all size L, never been worn. White, pale blue and yellow. If you don't have any luck on e-bay get in contact and we can do a deal. In fact they're still in the Spurs Shop carrier bag that they were bought in all those years ago. As new, one careful owner!
Lets hope he has a good Euro 2012 and his value will rocket to potential suitors. He's a Mummy's boy and won't want to move out of London so I can see the likes of QPR, Fulham (when we take Dembele off them) and Reading all being very interested.
