Think there's a loan fee of 4 mil Euro mentioned in past reports, not sure if true.

Wait, what?! I heard last week that they weren't keeping him because he was too slow!

BILD have embarrassed themselves there.

Thank you Eric.
You'll be remembered fondly, especially when you helped transform us by playing the DM and dropping into the CB spot as we went 3 at the back to allow our wingers to bomb forward.

You were part of a great team and unlucky that we didn't have a trophy to show for playing some of the best football in the league at the time.

Nice. 18 months at Bayern, maybe even more or possibly move back to Portugal where it all began for him to put a nice exclamation point on his career afterwards. He's a good lad.

Kane not adapting that well to living in Germany gets Dier a contract there. He also did better than Upamecano few times I watched them play so fair play to him.

I don't get Upamecano at all, he might have the raw attributes and strength but he keeps making mistakes all over the place. If anything he reminds me of a slightly beefier Davinson Sanchez. Very surprised Tuchel doesn't want to play De Ligt though.

I love Eric as a person for his time with us but sorry Bayern is one of the very biggest and best clubs in world football, they’ve had CB’s over the years such as: Beckenbauer, Lizarazu, Boateng, Hummels etc, how Dier has got this gig is beyond me.

Tuchel clearly still a Dortmund fan and trying to ruin Bayern before he leaves.

Yeah I agree with all the good luck, well done, lovely guy stuff, but what on earth are they playing at. I thought it was mad when they signed him and a madder decision to keep him when they're in such an obvious mess. None of their defenders are playing well and he's adding to their list of options who are not good enough.

Nice little story from Dier, stayed too long in the end but I was a big fan of him under Poch. Vertonghen too goes as my second favourite cb after ledders

Started and played 75 minutes last night, alongside de Ligt, in Bayern's 8-1 win at home to Mainz. Kane hat-trick.
