He is not the right man to bring out improvements in players and the way he sets up his teams is not great,before Covid hit I was at 11 u23 matches and it is more about how he sets his teams up over results for me, the Leyton Orient match was a prime example of what I am talking about, also do not like that he will pick players in my opinion will not play for the first team and they are blocking younger and maybe better players.

Nothing wrong with that but I cannot change my mind and lets see how he does this year, I think it is safe to say he is not getting the sack anytime soon and the club seem to like him, it is just me who is not a fan but I am at the games and have been going for years.

What I would like to see happen this year is to see some u23 players kick on and improve because it is never about results for me it is about the players becoming better and I did not see much of that last year.
