    The biggest problem we've had in the lesser comps is that there hasn't been enough strong competition for places imo. We've either gone full strength and the players all know they'll be in next match anyway, or we've put out a second string that know it won't push them further into the managers...

    Folks said the same about Dele. I on the other hand had a tenner on him to be pfa young player of the year at 100-1 before he'd even played in a pre season friendly. Some players take a while to get up to speed, but on occasion they'll hit the ground running so fast they are passing the senior...

    How many strikers do that for one season in the Prem and then sink back to mediocrity though. Scored 7 in 35 last season. There are much better options out there for the money Solanke would cost.

    Pretty sure it's like a 30% increase per annum. Edit: going up from £100mil to £135mil so 35%.
