Yeah overall like what I've seen of him. The deflection can happen to anyone.

His speed will be absolutely vital in this system and he has looked decent under pressure and in possession.

Hasn't been tested as much in the air so question marks there although I guess with this style of play that won't be half as important as it was under Conte or Jose when we were camped deep all the time.

Richarlison could profit from Perisic's crossing and space that Solomon creates with his dribbles. Maddison is playing like a true captain today, hope we sub Son soon if he doesn't improve. But I guess Son as CF is fine too, maybe even better.

Don't think Kulu and Sonny should be in the same front three at the moment. Would start Soloman in place of Kulu.

he had opportunities to take on his defender but instead faced up on that slow dribble either to revert it back to the midfielder or to pass it onto the outwards cut towards the corner. became more assertive later in the half though. he needs to take on his defender more often when there's an opportunity to do it.

Felt Kulu was the same as well. Clearly Brentford have drilled on our wide play

I'm really interested to see how we approach the second half. I'm expecting Postecoglou to demand we step it up and be more divisive in our passing towards their goal. I'm expecting to see Soloman replace Kulusevski after 15 minutes or so.

We need to stop getting ripped apart down our left hand side too.

Deki and Sonny look scared to take their man on, they check back and pass inside or backwards. The one time Deki took his man on, he got into the box and made something happen. The passivity is very frustrating
