I've got to be honest. I wanted to him go solely because I wanted Ange and the club to move forward with the season without anymore distractions, but I've got to admit that now it has been confirmed, it has got to me kinda bit.

Looking at the German kids wearing Kane's Munich kit and all that feels like a part of your loved family member has ran away from home with someone else and is no longer part of the family.

People like Modric, Bale and Vertonghen are my personal favourite Spurs players but none of their departures compare to this one.

I grew up watching the likes of Rasiak, Armstrong, Postiga, Rebrov Ferdinand, Sheringham, Iversen, Soldado etc leading our attack over the years but none of them can ever come close to Kane. Not in just in terms of goal numbers, but vision and awareness etc. Truly, a generational striker.

I have nothing but respect for what he has done for us and I wish him all the best and hope he rips it up over there.

Like so many other before him, it is such an absolute shame that he left without a trophy to his name in our colours.

Good luck Harry. Not ashamed to say I will sorely miss you in the Lilywhite. COYS.

If they did a Netflix style deal. They would make a lot more. I'd pay the same for a streaming service. A lot of people would.
Would be going very off topic but TV rights deals are often a hell of a lot more money than streaming ones. Whilst more people may opt into streaming as fans, as a business there's still a hell of a lot of money in TV and you're likely to profit more there (things like advertising etc...)

So no, the PL wouldn't make more going into streaming.

Staying on topic though, given that Sky still have the rights to the Bundesliga (I believe), it'll be interesting to see now how many Bayern matches they'll be showing, imagine it'll be more than last year

Interesting final words (or not) that it isn't goodbye because you never know......

Also it's just sinking in...... Fucking Bayern? Really? Wondering if other clubs had been sounded out and the market for a massive contract elsewhere wasn't forthcoming?

Or if Levy has fucked things so badly that Kane is willing to accept Bundesligas and CL chances as acceptable CV trophies.....

Levy, the real reason he's leaving isn't because he didn't want to sign a new contract. It's because you fucked the football side for several seasons, starting with not signing anyone for 18 months, not backing Poch to rebuild, hiring three managers who were appallingly unsuitable for us, not backing them either, failing to fix gaping holes in the squad, failing to move on players who weren't working out, doing the bare minimum with signings and generally showing more interest in go karting than success on the pitch.

Edit: off topic, really?
It isn’t off topic, more like you hit the nail
on the head.

Harry was clear, however, that he wanted a fresh challenge and would not be signing a new contract this summer. We have reluctantly, therefore, agreed to his transfer.

The more I read this the more angry I get, I absolutely detest Levy.
He is a cancer who has poisoned the club from top to bottom.
good luck H, we all know why you were ‘sold’.

'CL Chances', let's be honest. Bayern are a massive club and whilst no-one is guaranteed anything they are easily one of the favourites for the Champions League. Especially with Kane there as well to go with the rest of their team.

As for 'willing to accept', you can argue that La Liga is more precious than a Bundesliga but
A) we don't know Kane's views.
B) A league title is a league title
C) If he went to Real Madrid or Barca, is he guaranteed to win one? They're not as 'safe a bet' as Bayern

Also Germany may be more of an attractive country than Spain, I know a lot of brits who've moved to Munich. More than I know go to Spain. Easier to move to etc... culture wise.

Point is, there's a lot of factors. Let's stop acting like Bayern aren't all that. They're easily one of the top 5 clubs in all of Europe.

Close the door on this chapter and move on, I'm glad it's done. Sad to see him go sure, but more enthused about what Ange can do for us.

OK he can never be forgotten but a solid start, a few decent performances and a couple of wins will sure soften the blow.
