And I'd not even be that mad if we signed those 2, certainly not ideal but just putting it out there, no need to blow a gasket about the suggestion
I got castigated the other day for suggesting such a thing. Maybe they hadn’t taken into consideration the possibility. It’s no different that musing we might get prime costacurta and barest in (whoever they might be today). Theres too much passive aggressiveness on this forum.

Well whether he's the number 1 or number 2 choice, can we just fucking get him in it's clear we aren't going for both Tapsoba and VdV.
Would be nice to actually have a genuine partner for Romero for the next 2 pre-season games and mean we're not going into the season with either Davies at CB or someone who has just arrived at the club and has had no time to settle in or get to know how Ange plays.
Then if we sell Kane or decide to open the purse strings we can buy Tapsoba later in the window as our first choice CB and make Tosin the backup.

This one for me is a goer, it ticks all the boxes. He has experience in the PL, fast, great on the ball, HG and cheap.
My only reservation if someone can enlighten me is can/has he played LCB?

So he can play both, probably a specialist LCB and him covering both roles. Ideal scenario is probably Tapsoba and Tosin.
I'd actually sell all our other defenders and promote Dorrington or add someone like Ashley Phillips. That should be enough without Europe.
