We were unlucky to lose. However, ultimately they beat us because of our abysmal defence. Very worrying. Not easy to recruit three new defenders and a goalkeeper to fix the problem.
Oh right. Between the bankrupcy threat of 1993 and Enic taking over we won what? And the fact that you expect us to be challenging for top 4 is down to Enic. Whether you like to admit it or not

You talk about it as if the stadium was a given. It by no means was. Seriously you take all the perks in stride, as if we were owed them. We were worth 120 million when Enic took over and were basically meaningless - struggling for survival each year. Now we are struggling to reach top 4. You don't see the difference? We managed to get 2nd and 3rd in the league, several cup finals including the CL. In pre Enic qualifying for the Intertoto was considered a success. Beggers belief.

well somethings gotta change - I pay for all. these subscriptions and rarely watch a full game anymore. I started skimming after we conceded the second today. I may have to start doing some work on the weekends.
And yet players see us as a very attractive proposition. So do foreign investors. We will get silverware, and sooner rather than later I suspect
West ham are challenging for the top 4 for fucks sake. Its obviously not too hard this season!! Even one of the most successful managers in world football cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Which is exactly what Levy is expecting!!
