I’ve had an argument with the wife to watch this match on the large telly. Think I should have settled for Dancing on Ice, couldn’t have been so boring as this dogshit match.

Come On You Spurs, wake up for gawds sake.

Anyone even care out there. It doesn’t even hurt anymore. We’re that shit, I’m agreeing with everyone who is laughing at us.

This reminds me of the performance we put in when we lost 3-0 to the same team under Poch, looks like their heads have dropped.
Which is why I'm always very allergic to Lloris reaction because he seems no different from the others in terms of a having a weak morale, unlike Hojbjerg. I don't think the defenders are feeling the aura of confidence and stability from him in tough times like this.

Wingback system with no one suitable to play as wingbacks?
No one to hold the ball up in attack positions?
Lets give up a midfield position so that we have 3 centrebacks?
Has he seriously thought that because we beat Sheffield Utd with this system that we should play it all the time?
If you play a system that isn't working then you are going to bring out the worst in players.
Ndombele and Hojbjerg who have been our best players are now starting to look shit as they have no options when they have the ball.
Bring on Vincius and Doherty and put Sissoko in midfield and play a more balanced 4 3 3.
This is now starting to have the feel of the end of the Poch days, we have one CAM in our squad and he has been outcast.
From what look like a good start to the season it is now becoming a mess and I'm dumbfounded as we have an experienced manager that has won it all. Fair enough the squad has limitations but its his job to get the best out of them and he's beginning to fail.
Not even angry with this its just pathetic now.

Let's just bring Alfie on and see what happens ?

In all seriousness (I'm not suggesting he is) but this is like a match where the manager is towards the end of his reign. Really worrying.
I think it actually might be good news. Team crying out for a Harry Redknapp type figure

Some may disagree but the worst thing that can happen to us is to win the League Cup. It will guarantee Mourinho will stay on at least one more season and we will continue to worsen as a club.

How the hell Levy gave this guy 15 mill for five or so years is absolutely mind-boggling.

Its difficult to articulate just how bad that was. How can International footballers be so incapable of basic things, how can they look so lethargic and uninterested? This strikes me as a 'lost the changing room' kind of performance. I won't pick out individuals cos they were all as bad as each other, except for maybe Ndombele who is at least trying.

I still care, I had to care through the end of AVB, I had to care through Francis, the shit way they sacked Jol, the mess of Ramos, the pain of Poch ... Gross ... No, but I care.

It’s striking how many of the negative comments here aren’t singling out individuals for blame, the way they usually do. There have been no glaring individual errors. Just a total lack of intensity and a team-wide sloppiness, especially in midfield.

The defence has been the least bad. They’re are at least organised in the face of Brighton’s smart attacks. The goal was really good, but it resulted from repeated unforced gifts of the ball in midfield, leading to pressure.

Our midfielders can’t keep the ball and our attackers look clueless and lacking in energy. Bale keeps strolling around limply. Son is being double teamed every time he gets the ball and no one is making themselves available in the space created. Bergwijn at least has some energy, but is being shut out easily because of the lack of movement around him and the slow build up.
