Like the look of him on YouTube. Reminds me of the PES version of Adriano, rather than the real life version, who was slow and a bit shit.

well, perhaps it wasn't the best word to describe it as I absolutely agree that he is no slouch and will find the open man. what I really meant was that he won't overwhelm with vision. will make the right obvious play but won't see past it more often than not (unlike Kane). anyway, those assist numbers are a bit juiced given the amount of pressure Benfica puts on a weekly basis combined with the underwhelming quality of the opposition.

By the way, one of the things that I really like about Vinicius, having watched a mammoth 10 minutes of youtube, is that he's not just a goalscorer. He's also an unselfish player with a fine eye for a slide rule pass. Hence the 13 assists last season . I also like the fact that he has got his chance comparatively late. Players who have continued to believe in themselves and finally achieve success, long after others have given up on them, will undoubtedly have the kind of fighting mentality that is right up Jose's street.

Looked him up and theres a welcome to Spurs video so that's that one written off. Looks an absolute baller though as a playmaker but this window is already too good to be true if Vinicius and skriniar get done so I wont hold my breath.
I still dont think we will be signing Skriniar. It is not that close and we are like 20m apart in the valuations. It's a poker game and it seems that unless Inter really panic, they wont be folding. I wasnt melting down. I was just stating what seems to be happening.

Plus Gedson would clearly have lower priority in the squad list than Vinicius or Skriniar. Ideally we'll sell three non-HG players but as long as Foyth and Gazzaniga go we should be fine.

Except under 21's don't count in the PL. Gedson is exempt as he was born after 1st Jan 1999 (anyone else feeling old?)
edit: wrong vinicius. But Gedson doesn't count.
