Starting to feel like the striker situation might not get resolved this TW. I hope to God im wrong, but we have been fishing around a ton, but so far no luck. Hope this changes quickly, as we now have Son out again.

The thing that is giving me hope is the Morata situation with Juve. They thought for weeks they were getting Dzeko, then it fell apart and suddenly a desperate Atletico popped up needing to shift Morata and they got him on loan with an option all in 24 hours.
As ITK have hinted, this week is going to be absolute chaos, and nobody is better primed to take advantage than our bald lizard leader.

It was the same in January, we were almost certain we would get one & look how that turned out, the fact that we've had so long to get one this summer & still haven't is very concerning, lets just pray we get one over the line however long it takes

How many bloody windows have we said that and got kicked full on in balls when Kane got injured. It is unbelievable that we cannot get another senior striker in the whole wide football world.

Almost feels pointless making big signings in other positions if we aren’t going to get a fucking basic back up striker, at least for this seasons ambitions anyway. I mean what’s the point in even Skriniar if Kane gets injured and there’s nobody up there?

This is the problem when you don't have a specific target and cast the net far and wide looking for a bargain.
The Bale and Reguilon transfers are fantastic and should be huge players for us. But once again players are having to overwork because we are prepared to take it to the limit.
If Kane gets an injury this week because he's over exerting then Levy may think he's being clever and saving a few bob but it's causing us harm on the pitch.
I'm concerned because with 8 days to go we don't seem to have a specific target nailed down which means we are relying on its and maybes.
