I remember playing the 3 when I was at school. The manager was an old codger who wouldn’t change the formation. The kids we’re so ill disciplined that it often meant only me defending and the goalie. Everyone else fancied themselves as a Kevin Keegan. I was always proud when we kept goals conceded below 5.

Hearing him speak he sounds a lot like Toby. Very grounded but determined. Don’t think he’ll be giving Mourinho any trouble off the pitch.

Let’s hope he hits the ground running and has a great career with us. It’s a step up for him so let’s see if he can do it.
