Well what the hell did he think would happen when he fucked off 6 months of the season(including a Champions League final) and has been fucking off since this season started? Not a surprise that clubs are looking and turning back. His attitude has been atrocious for the better part of a year. No big club is going to look and say “oh i want him” when you combine his inconsistency in general with his attitude.

Do you seriously think that he wanted to play poorly on the biggest game of his career? What would he gain from it?

This should become a bannable offence.

I think we need @Archibald&Crooks to put in a new Autocorrect for Maureen.

Here's what Jose told our Spurs reporter Alasdair Gold about Christian Eriksen
“Yeah, I’ve spoken with him. Obviously I’m not going to tell you our conversation, only me and him we know what we spoke about and Amazon because I’m always connected with the cables. They listen to everything I say and do.

Anyone tried asking Alexa what Eriksen said to Jose?

I recon he will decide very soon if he still wants to leave or maybe stay now that Jose is here.
Either way I feel he has handled all this very poorly. And to top things he been a joke of a footballer ever since his 20 mins against Villa on opening day. Cant see RM or any other top team coming in for him.

I’ll probably get slated for saying this but I hope he signs a new contract and Jose gets him back to his best. This guy was a major player in our team 2 seasons ago.......I’d take that!

If he started putting in big performances and fighting for his place then maybe, just maybe. However, something tells me that his heart will never be in it in a Spurs shirt again and, whether it's conscious or subconscious, he's just counting down the days till he can leave.

I think we'd be better off trying to fit Lo Celso into the team now than playing Eriksen.

Yup. He's fuct himself almost as hard as he has us.

He'll still land somewhere decent enough and earning a small fortune every week.

We should be so doomed!

Apparently he's rejected a new 5 year deal. Fuck the little **** off

Its on twitter isnt it 9m a year.. This guy will get 9m in signing on fee alone... also he really doesnt want to stay, its too far gone now and I suspect the last few months has even caused some resentment.

Nicolo schira who is reporting it is a bit hit and miss, It may well be true but take what he says with a massive pinch of salt

You may get slated but it is dead on even though i am less than certain that it will happen. If he gets back to how he played 2 years ago, he would be a bargain compared to having to bring someone in from the outside.

Yeah, I mean Eriksen at his best is a player we coudn't buy. I just seriously doubt we see that player again for Spurs. Which is unfortunate as he was my favorite player.

Nope. Even if he somehow grew up and decided to focus on his current club he could leave tomorrow and id be pleased. He’s blown his chances for me. His comments any time he can spout off to the media away from the club have been completely unnecessary at best. Couple that with his constantly unforgivable performances. He needs to go. I hope Jose drops him from the 18 entirely until he leaves(hopefully in January)

I’ve got a theory that child prodigy players never last late into their careers. Michael Owen for one.

Eriksen started in the first team for Ajax from an early age. Poch has worked him hard aswell. Leaving aside the attitude, have we not thought that he’s simply lost it ?
