You can question the players attitude for sure, but ability wide there is nothing wrong with this squad, it should get 3rd place comfortably. The manager needs to be changed, it's been getting progressively worse since game 1 of last season. There was a crunch point where either performances would improve to match results or results would deteriorate to match performances, and unfortunately it was the latter.

He's either a complete fraud who got lucky for a spell, or he's a stubborn idiot for persisting with this diamond bollocks. Every bloody team sheet I look at and think oh yeah 451 finally, then look again and work out how it can be shoehorned into a diamond, and it always bloody is!

Its clear the system doesn't work, the players aren't suddenly shit (most would still play at other top clubs and come good again). Things have gone stale, the football has been poor for a while and this is purely the managers fault in my opinion!

Surely there's a clause on Poch contract that after some series of specific poor performances, his compensation package will be reduced or affected. If not any manager will just set up shit and waited to get sacked.
