Are we announcing the new kit on monday? Could be the reason for the delay. If he's going to be holding up a shirt might aswell be the new one. Would give the new kit more media coverage.

No, if igi got the green light then it’s done, delay to announcing is merely a delay to announcing, the deal itself has happened and is irreversible.

Annoucing Clarke first a few hours earlier than Ndombele doesn't make sense, right?

Probably (opinion) to do with Aulas playing a prick, as his family tree is a cactus. And talk from different individual in the business claims ‘Aulas wants deal done 1st July, and hitherto medical delay’. But same individual who knows his onions alleges he is ‘nearby’. Trying to be as transparent as possible. Someone may have a better angle, but JC defo done.
