Looks like one of the stands in Preston NE’s ground. No thanks.
Except PNE's look like some crap out of Minecraft.

I do too actually, touch of class that sets us apart from the rabble.I much prefer the all blue look.
Part of me wanted to see the THFC go back in but it’s a bit of a dated concept now. Simple, clean, onwards and upwards.I much prefer the all blue look.

I don't disagree, for me it's a nostalgia thing to have the letters or the cockerel really. If we are to have no THFC related imagery in the seats, I desperately hope that we don't end up with a Nike swoosh or some naming rights logo in the seats either.Part of me wanted to see the THFC go back in but it’s a bit of a dated concept now. Heineken does have that effect. The Heineken Stand. That would make me pretty sick.
That looks abysmal.
I would say a statue outside the south entrance greeting supporters - and providing an ideal photo op.Its something Liverpool would do. Not for me. A simple statue around the ground would be good enough. Simple and elegant.

I stumbled into a bit of stadium ITK this afternoon. It turns out that the boyfriend of a young woman I know (works at my gym) is the Stadium Production Manager. His responsibility is the video that goes up on the screens, the corresponding productions on backstage screens, shows at half time, that kind of thing.
She was telling me that he's been doing his nut a bit because he has had to adapt his product for the conflicting requirements (mainly software I guess) of three different stadia: Wembley, MK and the THS. He's run off his feet trying to catch up.
The bit that will interest people here is that the more senior staff are very clear about when the stadium is going to open. They all know, but they've been forbidden from saying anything, because the club set a timetable once which didn't pan out, so they're not going to release another until they are 100% sure they can deliver it. She wasn't giving anything away in terms of dates or matches, to the extent that I don't know if she knew and wasn't telling or had been stonewalled by the boyfriend.
The other thing that arose, although not in as many words, is that everything was on target for the 15 September opening until the fire alarm fiasco emerged. That's been the problem, not a cover for the overall build being months behind. It took the whole team by surprise and capsized everything.

I thought it was fairly obvious Kramer wasn't a senior member of staff when he was going round taking pictures of wooden beams in stairwells ffsSo if the more senior staff know but the're forbidden from saying that must rule out Kramer being one of them

To my laymen's eye, i never really believed in June/July that the stadium would be ready for September 15, not that I have any experience at all in construction admittedly.
Given the amount of progress that we've seen in the last month or so I am even more inclined to believe, fire systems or not, it was never going to be ready for the Liverpool game even if everything had worked.
Before anyone jumps down my throat, again, i say this as a complete laymen purely based on what it looked like to me.
Regardless, it looks awesome now, my season ticket packs arrived on Tuesday and I am super excited!!
I know, it was a bit tongue in cheek. Whenever I think of Kramer I keep thinking of the movie Airplane.I thought it was fairly obvious Kramer wasn't a senior member of staff when he was going round taking pictures of wooden beams in stairwells ffs
Hi David. Thanks for sharing. It’s highly possible this has been answered in another part of the thread but with recent insight from the trust around the type of agreement Spurs have with MACE would you expect Spurs to sue them for damages?
I mean, if it was due to the wrong cabling being put it, for example, then that would have to go down to staggering negligence on the part of the contractor.
Or is it trickier in these situations to seek damages?
