All I will say is that all is agreed with him and his club. But cautionary note; we know what history tells us.
All IS agreed or all WAS agreed?
Because terms will most likely be different next window

Because of Dier we can switch to a 3-4-2-1 whenever we want, Eriksen is mature enough to play deeper IMO. And tbh we already have so many class attacking players that it's hard to justify a long change to 3 at the back. I'd play with a 3 against Juventus but we're able to beat the top teams and keep clean sheets without 3 CBs and without Toby.1. Of course I don't want Sissoko here but whether Pochettino agrees is an entirely different matter.
2. But we don't just play 4-2-3-1 anymore. We regularly play 5-3-2, 4-1-4-1 and 4-3-3 etc. You won't find a bigger advocate of good squad depth than me but I just think it's too many high profile players. Those 6 are all excellent players who would all be demanding first team football. There's no way Poch is going to rotate the likes of Eriksen and Dele on a weekly basis especially if they are in form. Things would become especially difficult if we had one or two early cup exits too.
3. I'd love us to go for Lookman if Fat Sam would deal for a decent fee. Could play striker or just off Kane like Son does. Problem with Arp is his game time would be very limited due to his inability to play multiple positions. Looks a talent though.
Good shout. Don’t have live info as yet on that
I agree with you, and understood you right. I have seen so many things of late. Best to wait and see. Opinion only; Sess into Malcom don’t go. So interesting to see how that works out. My opinion ofcourse.Sorry, I may have expressed myself wrong.
I don't expect a live feed about the subject. What I'm saying is that if all is agreed, maybe there's a precontract, or something to enforce that those terms stay put. Because if we are relying on agreed terms from january, I'm certain we'll find ourselves with another "goalposts were moved" situation
Absolutely. If it were purely based on the last couple of seasons then I'd say steer well clear of him, but you know when you just have a feeling about a player?Strange situation for Sanches... big money signing for Bayern, loaned out to get experience but for some random reason went to Swansea whom granted ‘played’ a passing/possession brand of football last season only for them to look damn right awful for the best of this season, with Sanches looking nothing special. To put it bluntly his loan spell has been nothing short of a disaster. It certainly doesn’t mean he’s crap but it hasn’t done him any favours in terms of securing a future move to the premier league. With him struggling to nail down a place at Swansea it’s been very difficult to judge where he’d fit in, say with us.

Agreed. Malcom, Moura, or Sess do not strike me as the Trippier/Davies (maybe even Son) breed of player who would be fine spending 2 years as a backup in a European level side working, learning, and biding their time until they can make their impression and that is where I feel like we are going to be for at least the next year or two in AM depending on some futures. Same could be said for CM while we figure out exactly what Dembele we will get next year.I think @WiganSpur making a very salient point. Too many talented players not getting games is a recipe for an unhappy dressing room, and we don't pay the kind of wages to pacify those thwarted ambitious egos.
It's fine balance between having quality squad depth and a bunch of prima donnas flouncing around fucking up team spirit.
It's another advantage to filling some of the squad gaps with academy integration, these kids are so fucking hungry and happy just be around they enhance the team spirit, rather than pissing on it.
TBH, we have so many class CBs, it's hard not to imagine playing 3 at the back often when all are fit.Because of Dier we can switch to a 3-4-2-1 whenever we want, Eriksen is mature enough to play deeper IMO. Not really - we send scouts to hundreds of matches.Interesting “Spurs scouts were in attendance as OGC Nice lost 2-3 to Lokomotiv Moscow in the Europa League last night.

He has been used in both positions throughout his career. For the record, I'm sure I've read that Malcom has previously played some of his football (possibly prior to Bordeaux) as a more central attacking midfielder but that he can also operate just as well wide on the right and that's where Bordeaux play him as they feel he has more impact for them there and they have other players to operate centrally.
I think ultimately we all know that our attacking 3 behind Kane should be able to interchange so it doesn't really matter whether we think he's a "playmaker" or a "wide forward". In Poch's system it's about being able to operate as an attacking midfielder in an overall sense so I'm sure Malcom will fit regardless. He's shown he can score from range and pick a pass.
Equally just because a player is a wide forward in one league doesn't necessarily make him a like for like wide forward in another league. Lamela may be the best example of that IMO. He was similar to Salah in his time at Roma, breaking from the right and scoring goals (15 I think it was in his last season there), whereas for us he lacks the direct pace to be a true wide forward/winger and if anything he seems more suitable to being a 10 these days than anything else.
Just my onions though.

He’s just an all round fantastic player. But not sure if he’d have physicality to play CB in the PL. But no question for me would be a fantastic addition will be x5 player Dier is.Can anyone tell me what Frankie De Jong is like as a player, without the ball ? I've seen the Youtube and he looks great on it. But it's Youtube. I haven't watched a single Ajax game this year.
