The question is irrelevant because the stadium does not even have a construction start date and the club have not put a single contract out to tender.
I think we need to keep in mind that fans you have no right to any informations about the commercial dealings of the club. The information fans do receive from official sources and is a courtesy, the club is under no obligation whatsoever.
Archway have six weeks from the decision date to appeal the CPO, which they probably will.
We may have 'no right' to be informed of what goes on behind the scenes at the club regarding the NDP but it would be rather nice of the club to let us know, seeing as it's poor mugs us who keep the club running on a day to day basis, and in cases such as my own, have been doing so for over 50 years.
You can't tell me it's beyond the wit and wisdom of the club to issue a few public statements to those of us out here who merely wait with bated breaths for the slightest bit of news of any new developments, or just updates as to what's going on (if anything at all).
Silence from the club just breeds press speculation and whispering tongues amongst the wider footballing community, and although the club might say it doesn't give a hoot about speculation, we fans certainly do because it affects all of us.
It would be nice, that's all. I'm not saying we should be having a series of Q+A sessions every month, or anything so taxing or tedious, but it would be nice to be kept informed in some way, that's that, and frankly, I don't think that's asking too much.
