Well it was a good try with a severely weakened team. I just hope they don't lose all motivation now for the remainder of the season.

We deserved to lose today. Piss poor both legs, have been very much outclassed over the two legs.

You've got to wonder why completely different sets of players manage to be so consistently bad at taking penalties over so many years.

Anyway, they left everything on the pitch tonight. No game this weekend means we've nt sacrificed anything.

That was one of the worst penalty displays I've ever seen in my life. Friedel goes so fucking early it's just sad... Pathetic.

Yes, it was a terrible penalty, but at least he stepped up FFS. Great spirit from the lads, 100% & more. Let's get that Champo League spot now, it's what we deserve. Walker, Carroll, Holtby, Hudd & Dempsey were fucking class.
