Just a bit of fun, to alleviate the boredom of this window thus far. I went with targets that may be unrealistic, but not impossible. Could've gone with the likes of Sakho, Aguero and Pastore, but that simply isn't remotely feasible.
I've gone under the assumption that Inter sell Sneijder, then buy Modric for 25m plus Philippe Coutinho !

OUT - Modric 25m p/ex, Hutton 5m, Kranky 7m, Bassong 8m, O'Hara 4m, Keane 5m, dos Santos 5m, Bentley 5m, Palacios 12m, Crouch and Defoe 20m approx, Woodgate released. 12 players out = 96m ( I've been conservative with the prices )

Gary Cahill or Serdar Tasci - 15 --> 18m
Lassana Diarra, Ever Banega or another good all round midfielder - 16 --> 18m
Fernando Llorente, or other target man striker - 25 --> 30m
Juan Mata or another player that play right side, central and/or upfront - 20 --> 25m
Philippe Coutinho - part of Modric deal
Talented young striker - 5 -->10m
Total - 6 players in for 86 - 101m

The team would change depending on the game.....
- Corluka for steadier RB, and with Lennon in front of him sometimes
- King is never always fit so Cahill/Tasci and Gallas would get plenty of games
- Huddlestone has plenty of positions to rotate into
- Mata can move inside, swap with VDV etc
- Pav is currently the striker that is best to bring on for goals, out of our current lot
- We have a young gun ready to play games up front
OR, instead of Mata, OR IN ADDITION TO, we could bring in Vucinic who can play upfront or out on the left. This would cover us better if we are short of firepower...
