Like I said perhaps it's me. I just think it lacks professionalism. He wouldn't allow his players to turn up on the team bus all dressed however they want, I'm sure of that. Like I said the manager imo should set the tone. You say its just a coat but what would you think if you made an appointment to see your bank manager and he turned up in shorts and a t-shirt? There's no difference. Professional should look professional if they want professionalism from their employees.It's just a jacket though? It doesn't affect how his team plays or how he manages them. Really don't see the issue. Not like it has another company's logo all over it either. Just a plain black leather jacket.
What next? His hair isn't short an stylish so that's a problem, too? Give over.
