This whole thing stinks of bureaucracy, the four lads should have been stopped at the airport. They'd have mixed with the whole squad, including hotel stays and the likes. This is Brazil trying to make a statement, but sure the whole world knows they probably handled the whole COVID situation the worst of any nation.
