Anyone being negative needs to relax and be happy, be like Tanguy in this photo never seen a happier looking lad. We are winning.

Christ almighty that was a poor sequence by Winks. Poor pass, way out of position so hospital tackles traore to stop the counter
Has he got any brains? Can someone explain why we think we can get away with blatantly pushing someone in a dangerous position without giving away a free kick, why we wait until their player is a metre away before trying to play a pass and why do the opposition, any opposition play with more urgency than we do. Oh and why was Doherty so good for Wolves and so shit for us? Please.

I’d play Rodon over Sanchez; I think Sanchez’s time at Spurs comes to an end this season. I’d take Winks and Davies off and bring on Lamela and Dele. Drop Ndombele in deeper with Hojbjerg, and play Lamela, Son and Dele as a fluid 3 behind Harry.

Feels like we are in control but as ever we need the second goal. If we don’t get it then it will be the same as the last 10 days or so.

Pleased to see us pressing 10 yards higher, but so frustrated at how easily we give up the ball. Not just Hollywood passes, but simple 10 yard passes that are over-hit, under-hit, or make the receiver stretch so that it takes them 3 touches to get it under control.

There is another goal in this for us. Wolves are not pressing high, we just need to keep the ball, move them about and control things a bit more.

Actually we really have very mediocre players. Sanchez, Davies, Winks. Sometimes Doherty.

By just playing Rodon and Toby for Sanchez and Davies, the back 3 immediately got upgraded to more intelligent and higher calibre players. Perhaps Davies and Sanchez are enough for Wolves today, but my point is the mediocre quality of some of our players are astonishing that they are still playing for us if we are aiming for the bigger prize.

The one game where we haven’t been totally passive and people are complaining about us being passive. Yeah, we’ve sat back in stages but football isn’t all out pressing all the time. Weird.

I've honestly been watching a different game to 90% of the people in here.
So have I.

We've been fine. We had a very sloppy 10 minute spell around 10 to 20 but other than that it's been alright.

I'd still take Winks off because of the yellow card though, even though he hasn't been bad.

Sanchez has been immense so far but some won’t wanna hear that

He's had a couple of decent challenges but between him and Doherty and at times Ndomeble our right hand side has been all at sea in terms of position. Sanchez and Doherty seem to both want to pick up the same man too often.

Can't see Jose changing formation here, he'll be happy with holding the lead, if they equalise he will change it, lets just hope its not too late.

Don’t get the negativity. It’s been a very close game with chances for both teams. Wolves are a good side and we are doing well against them so far. I think some people want to look for negatives constantly.
You wouldn’t say this if we were 1 done.

I wish I could enjoy watching us play again. Feels like ages since that was the case. I know we are winning but it's just so messy and negative.

Exactly.

Wolves have played well and have brought intensity. Weve matched them.

We are having issues in some situations and if we can do better with counter attacks we may get a second.

But yeah, its not as bad as some make out.

We came up here two years ago and were very fortunate to be 3 up. Wolves very nearly turned it around.

That was by playing football the way many on here keep craving

This is a personnel issue in my opinion, not tactical. Winks, Davies and Doherty aren't dynamic enough footballers, which is why they've largely been second choice this season. I'd like to see Lamela and Bergwijn for Winks and Davies. We'd have two more attacking outlets that can hold up the ball and cause them problems.
