if we want to look at a forward- watching Zenit against Juve last night Sardar Azmoun Iranian is a bit special - Chiesa was brilliant for Juve last night

Yup exactly. So if he wants to come and we want him there is still an opportunity there. Juventus are not in a good financial situation and I read a few times he isn’t happy there under the manager.,
Yeah he’s only scored one goals in the league and has really not jelled with Allegri, only 1 goal in the league and often getting subbed or starting on the bench. as you say, Juve are really struggling for cash and most of thier transfer will be players running out of contract. So there is a chance with Fabio we could leverage them I reckon. He would still probably cost like £80 odd mil tho. The other factor is him and Barella are the most loved players in Italy and juve would get shit for selling him. Although if they get Pogba it might help.

I do think that if we made a move for a juve player it would very likely come off as Fabio will know contracts, finances and still have very close contacts within the club. And he wouldn’t go down that route if he thought it wouldn’t work

I rate the idea of raiding Serie A and snagging a bunch of their top players. But particularly with a striker I like going prem proven, or atleast prem tested.

Vlahovic is an exceptional talent and we would be stupid not to bring him in if we can. But if we are looking at a purely back up/cup striker, I think we should look at players like Mitrovic. London based, plenty of experience. Whether he'd be happy with that role is another story.

Going to be such a boring window after we sign Vlahovic, Kessie, Barella and Romagnoli on January 1st.

I disagree, seeing Paratici successfully trigger a bidding war between Roma and Newcastle for Winks will be

Whats poignant about both is both their contracts end in June 2022 so bascically at the end of this season and neither are seemingly wanting to renew their contracts especially Kessie which has been well documented in the press.

Just imagine if Pogba did come to us. And Conte got him back to his original Juve form. Man U would be gutted. Lost him or free to Juve. He puts in World Class performances. Man U pay £89M for him to bring him home. Patchy form. Joins us for a free. World class again.
No thanks, he’s toxic.
