Apologies if it’s probably been mentioned but with Zaha being unvaccinated this would rule him out with our policies.

One and the same, no?
Not quite is it? Either everything is ready to be signed with Gil (99% done) but we are still shopping for a replacement (and might not be close yet) or that our quest for a replacement is 99% done and Gil won't be signed off until it's official. Due to lack of media coverage I would assume the former at this stage.

Hahaha us deciding that Zahas now been vaccinated and the reason he was out of the game was due to mild symptoms is what I live for

(Not saying it's not true but this is exactly why I love this forum)

Yeah, perhaps, but if we are not close to a replacement, then I wouldn't say that Gil is 99% done, as the replacement is the main factor in his signing

to me that reads more like the replacement is the only thing preventing the move, ie we buy whoever then Gil moves so the whole thing is connected.

I highly doubt Palace sell Zaha with a few days of the window left.

Even with a year left he is still their talisman. I think at this point they’d rather lose him for a free next summer.

We shouldnt be deciding whether they come or not through vaccination status at all. Highly against this policy if its true.
Well, by not being vaccinated he increases the risk he won’t be available due to illness and he increases the risk of spreading it to others who might be out due to illness and aren’t there countries he can’t travel to if unvaccinated? Seems a sensible requirement to me even if we totally ignore the social responsibility to protect others outside of the Club’s direct interest.

Does he mean Gil is 99% complete or the replacement is? Could easily be lost in translation tbh and wouldn't trust aggregators.

Valencia wouldn't need us to say the Gil deal was 99% complete - they would know that themselves...

Logical reading is Spurs have informed Valencia that the replacement is 99% complete.

I wonder if you or anyone disagreeing with my statement will be saying the same thing if it was the one of own in Harry Kane refusing to be vaccinated. Would you be wanting him out of this club, as that is the 'sensible' thing to do? Yeah right LOL. You either have to agree that you'd want Kane out or you completely contradict yourself.
