Nothing to do with ability but I really can’t stand this player and would never want to see him in a Spurs shirt. I don’t think there is any other player since the premier league started that I’ve disliked as much.

Interesting that he's a doubt for palaces game at the weekend. Didn't seem to be any mention of him having a knock before.

Vieira really singing his praises in his press conference today about his influence on and off the field and how important Zaha is to Palace.
Didn’t sound like someone remotely close to leaving
He may be pushing to keep him but it's likely up to Parish. I kind of read WLB's post as a possible door closing on his replacement. They may well see themselves in a better position moving forward with Sarr, albeit to their short term disadvantage.

Did you go out with Moysey's daughter?

Why do you dislike him?

He’s definitely the build of wide forward that Conte looks for and one pertinent point in addition the the dribbling ability talked about is his penchant for drawing so many fouls.

Considering how we are already seeing the fruit of our set piece coaching, this could well be part of Conte’s thinking too to maximise our chances.

Run ragged haha. His end product is garbage. Failed at Barca, on the Wolves bench, hardly a queue of clubs trying to sign him. Wonder why.
We'd play him at wingback, and I'd say his end product is better than Emerson (also failed at Barca) and Doherty. He'd be an upgrade and give us a real threat down that side.

Why would Palace sell, I know it's the last year of his contract, but by selling him they could get relegated.

Why would zaha come to spurs as well.. to be a rotation player? Financially he wouldn't be much better off and didn't he support arsenal as well (not that this has much of a bearing on things these days).

I'd be amazed if this happens. Great player and would be a real coup for us, but can't see it from palace/wz point of view.
Maybe they think 30m is worth getting now rather than losing for free next year. They seem to have great scouting so potentially already have a replacement.

Sure we would give him a wage bump and he's been desperate to play in the UCL for years. This idea of bench players isn't applicable to this year given we literally have 2 games a week for months. He would start plenty.

If we stump up the money for it I could easily see it happening

Tbf Emerson played 90 mins for Barca during his whole career. Also tbh Traore is so so so bad its unbelievable that some people still want him.

I can think of quite a few, who've played for Chelsea or Arsenal.

No we wouldn’t. We are stacked at RWB, we have Spence who can barely get a look in. We aren’t going to buy Traore and play him at RWB lol

We are looking for a Kulu rotation option. That isn’t Traore unless you want our end product to fall off a cliff

What about Adam Johnson?

An incredibly obnoxious player to watch- I wouldn’t complain if we signed him, but it’d take me a while to warm up to him to be honest. Certainly very talented though and would be cover for all three forward positions. Imagine some combo of Kulu/Richardson/Zaha coming off the bench for us late in a game while we’re chasing a lead- that would terrify the rest of the league.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

The way that Vieira was talking about him, I would be massively surprised if this happens.
