Its really not hard to understand. Anyone with any common sense, is going to deny something happening if its not definitely happening. So if its in the pipeline no one would be stupid enough to turn around and go - yeah I'm loving.

Also wonder if stories of Dortmund being more open to parting with Pulisic has changed things somewhat. With the NFL tie up and him also having a contract with Nike (rumours they may well be the ones who have the naming rights for the new stadium), maybe it's something we are looking at although would imagine it would be a difficult one to do.

Well if we've agreed a fee at a time where only a month ago Chelsea were in turmoil and didn't have a manager or a gameplan then as far as I'm concerned Levy or whoever else made that decision has got it horribly wrong. If ITK is to be believed we've lost out on and made it harder to get two targets because of playing who blinks first. If we had the money to agree a fee and have eventually coughed up and missed out when it would have been a clear passage 4 weeks ago on both then I blame people at the club for getting too cocky. The money was there, the fees were able to get agreed but ballysness has smacked them in the face with a week and a half left of the window.

I'm Levys biggest fan but if he's got this wrong he has to take a lot of blame. It's now completely down to him to fix it so the team and Pochettino don't suffer.
