wigan ticket problem

i think my dad has lost the tickets for the game on sunday, whats the best way to solve the problem? i know they are selling ticekts on the door but that is an absolute last resort

answer's in this thread from the last game. havea read. some email address of an individual responsible for getting replacement tickets waiting for you at away grounds. not the general ticket office email. apparently he gets emails to his iphone at weekends

mate im going up tonight, they have loads on the door £20......they couldnt fill that ground if there life depended on it!!!

....he says realising you already know that & its a last resort!!!! duh!!!

but my point was either way youll get to the game fella! :up:

He is Ticket Office manager and retrieves emails from his Blackberry.
Just tell him you have not received tickets from the Club.
It's Ian Murphy's job to sort out ticket problems.
I had the same problem with Bolton away in the League.
I emailed paul barber at 10pm Friday night.
Within 10 mins I had a reply from Paul and also one from Ian Murphy to confirm I could collect the ticket from Bolton the next day.
When I arrived the next day I met 2 friends in the queue for duplicate tickets.
They had not been able to contact the club.
I emailed Ian Murphy from my phone and my mates duplicates were ready by the time we got to the front of the queue(20 mins).
Emailing Ian works !

thanks guys i emailed ian murphy at gone midnight last night and recevied a reply 5 minutes ago to confirm duplicates are at wigan for me o be collected.

to my amazment there are people at the ticket office that know what they're doing, thanks to that man!
