sorry if this has already been done

Blackpool - Charlie Adam

Birmingham - Ben Foster and Scott Dann

West Ham - no-one, their best players are too old

Team could look like this for next season

Foster
Walker Dawson Dann Rose
Sandro
VDV Adam Modric Bale
Hulk ;)

Didn't hulk just sign a new contract at Porto? I think it will take more than you winking at him to get him in a Spurs shirt next season

Can't see Parker being happy to come as a sub/impact player with us and I would personally rather us leave Sandro in the first team to develop and gel with Luka

I wouldn't put any players from the teams that dropped directly into our team. However i am inclined to agree with your choices of player.

As mentioned also, Parker is the only spammer likely to divide opinion and also the most likely player we are going to sign.

Parker, Adam and Foster are the only ones even worth considering.

Demba Ba looks a good striker, think he outscored all our strikers in only 12 games or so! - great in the air and nice work rate
Would make a good 4th choice in my opinion

I think Foster will have a huge price tag on him though

I think Adam is overrated, to be honest. His best attributes are his free kicks and corners, and he'll lose that ability as soon as he puts on a Spurs shirt anyway.

This. Only Ba out of the three squads; if he can pass a medical of course.

Parker I'd take only if we shipped out both Palacios and Jenas, otherwise I just don't see the point because I don't see him as good enough to play in the middle when there's Modric and Sandro, not do I think he should be ahead of Huddlestone.

Ba I think would be a good signing. I wouldn't want us to sign him as the answer to all our problems, but he's a quick, strong, skillful number 9 who attacks crosses well so he would be very useful. I think I'd only realy go for him if we sold all of the current lot though. Say we replaced Crouch and Defoe with Super#9 and Wonderkid, then Ba I would see as the Pav replacement in the experienced back up role. This is all also assuming that Keane will be offski.

Foster I'm undecided about. He's done alright for Brum but he's at his limit and that is not as good as any of the top goalies in the league I'm afraid. I could happily see him as a number 2, I'm doubtful whether the trade off with Gomes for number 1 would be worthwhile. He makes fewer mistakes than Gomes, but he is still prone to the odd mad moment and he is certainly not blessed with Gomes reflexes.

Adam I wouldn't want. Good player, broke Bale, wouldn't get in to our side ahead of any of our current midfielders nor would he give anything in open play that we currently lack. He has a beautiful free kick but that's not reason enough to sign him because this isn't American football where you can sub on a player just to take a kick.

Scott Dann I do like, but I like Kaboul a lot more and he's still got Dawson, Gallas and King to try to displace. Then there's also potential star Caulker. We just don't need a centre back unless we can get someone in their prime who would come in and clearly be one of the best 2 centre backs at Spurs. Like central midfield, not a priority.

I think that's it for me. Not that keen on any of the goalies apart from maybe Foster, can't see any players who would give us our desperately needed pacey competition for Bale and Lennon, and apart from Ba there's not one player who would improve our poor forward options.

Our recent history of buying players for good deals, or being young has left us with our inflated squad size, that we need to trim.

The players we sign need to be high priority players in positions where we most need improvement.

Ben foster is the only one for me.

IF, and only IF we get rid of deadwood would I condone singing any more players than that.

I would gladly sell Palacios and buy parker Parker for example

No body think Seb Larsson would be a decent buy for RM, more cover for RB lol? From what I have seen of him he looks good and youngish at 25, obviously not world class but if we shifted Jenas, OHara and Bentley there ain't many RM in the team.

From what has already been said I like Parker, Dann and Adam.

Than maybe you need to expand your visual aids beyond match of the day. he couldn't get in their side regularly before, and then they signed Bently on loan as well.

This is a big indication that he is in fact shit.

Despite starting a thread on Foster, I'm not totally convinced he'll prove the answer, but there aren't any keepers out there who I am convinced by. Gomes sounds like he's going back to PSV so we do need someone, so Foster gets my vote.

Parker I think could be a great addition to our midfield as long as it's Hudd who has to get used to spending more time on the bench and not Sandro.

My fear is that Harry will do one of his curious team selections where he refuses to see what everyone else does and down-grade Sandro whilst over-rating Huddlestone.

My hope is that Sandro has done enough now to cement his place and despite Harry's infatuation with Huddlestone it'll be the Brazilian and Parker who get paired in centre mid.

On the basis that it's better to hope than fear I'm going to say Parker would make a good addition to the squad.

Thanks for that bud  , I dont watch Match of the day, he played 39 times for Brum this season.

I said as a back up, if we got rid of 3 other players. I really dont understand why just because your on a forum you have to act like a twat, go and have a wank and chill out.
