Lennon did seem to sort himself out for a while in terms of working hard. probably just to impress the new boss. But it didn't last long. He'll be off with Berba.
Boateng is probably getting a new tattoo and stupid haircut this weekend rather than going to Blackburn

that's a bit UNFAIR, it's kinda like picking on a KID (a TATTOO smothered kid, granted !!!!!!!)
He obviously has desire and aggression but those two alone only add up to Yellow cards. Problem stands at the moment is that only one of our other midfielders has even slightly comparable passion and that's Teemu - we NEED some steel in the middle, we NEED to be seen to be dangerous across the midfield and, if Wendy can reign it in, KPB could be a future star for us.
IMO, he could do with a season on loan at somewhere like Sunderland or Wolves, get to understand what the grittier side of the English game is about then he might lose that slight air of arrogance too.

Totally agree RSS. He doesnt deserve the criticism that has been thrown at him from this thread.
He may have been a bit irratic, with over exuberance, but he has the makings and qualities to make a fine mid fielder, qualitities like aggression and confidence where quite a few of our cuurent one lack. It just need to be tempered.
Like Kaboul he was unexpectedly thrown in the deep end due to circumstances, but you dont becoming rubbish over night. FFS our scouts, Ramos (for Sevilla) etc have been following and assessing this player for over a year and I trust them to know a bit more about the prince than us.
