If I was born in Fulham to a family of Fulham fans I couldn't support Fulham, such a dead club with a dead fan base. Having said that, still more appealing than the other club in Fulham.

I do like their stadium tho and there's way worse atmospheres about.

Been on a few sites, even Reddit, and can't see a match thread yet.

I’d imagine the Fulham area is quite rugby focussed too so they’re probably too distracted by the WC semi tonight.

Prob see focus for our game pick up on Sunday

Arsenal Mania

  • When you have more pundits then trophies.
  • Tottenham fans being asked what they would choose between Spurs being relegated or Arsenal winning the UCL
  • God, they're actually such losers, aren't they? 🤔
  • There belief in a title challenge stems from ours last season. I just dont see it though.
They are also doing this wierd thing again where they start talking up Kulusevski and suggesting he is better than Saka. They did in in 21-22, stopped in 22-23 for obvious reasons. Now even though Saka has scored 4 goals in 7 games playing with a niggling injury, they are back to openly suggesting Kulusevski is better than Saka.
Maddison over Ødegaard. Bissouma over Rice. Romero over Saliba. Porro over White. They are obsessed with assuming their players come out on top in these head to heads.
One dickhead even tried a Joshnson v Martinelli debate
  • Ha, that’s actually insane.
Trophies are already 23-2 in our favour in the Premier League era. If we won the UCL it wouldn’t really change a thing in terms of the relative status of the two clubs but they’d be willing to take themselves out of the PL and Europe to save it from happening. Good grief.
That ‘Sp**s Fan Centre’ video really was accurate, wasn’t it?
  • Title talk is premature, but to be fair to them we were having the same discussions last season this time. It could happen of course, but I think its a bit unrealistic at this stage of their project IMO.
I will say that a top 4/5 position is on the cards though, but it wont be easy. The football incisiveness and freshness of their style is there for them to exploit against the opposition. The fitness is the real factor because aggressive football needs key positions to have high quality, and those areas are particularly thin for them.
Definitely one of the best outside the top 3 right now, along with Newcastle, Villa and Brighton. I do expect United and Chelsea to join that party as well. (SA Gunner)

  • We were talking up our title chances last season because we looked really impressive doing it, we were tearing through teams. Sp**s, on the other hand, struggled against Sheffield United, actually looked like losing. Luton should of atleast got a point, they created enough chances. We handed them a draw in the NLD, and the officials robbed Liverpool against them! Even when Pool went down to 10 men they were still controlling the game. The only game they've looked good in is Burnley.
They're also fortunate they've got one game a week to focus on because their squad depth is awful.
  • Could not agree more. As we are just into the season I am not sure why pundits don't look at the small number of fixtures and actually keep in mind how the results came about. I can understand if we are talking at the end of the season, but right now?
Anyhow, let them celebrate and be happy. They have had a couple of **** years and what they had to celebrate was us being worse than them. The life of a Tottenham supporter... 😭
  • Romero is the most annoying one for me. Guy is a certified bozo but Sp*rs fans claim he's world class and if you challenge them on it they pull out the Messi card (one more reason to dislike that pillock). "Messi said he's the best CB ever and who are you to argue with him?" Trying to pretend like Messi isn't incredibly biased when saying that. Even Ange pulled that BS argument.
  • we were blowing good teams away, not struggling against Luton, 10 man Sheffield and 9 man Liverpool. They're not even remotely similar starts to the season in terms of actual performances, it's just that the Spuds are graded on a curve because of how pathetic they are historically.
  • Keep seeing them trying to compare him to Saliba, the cheeky bastards are now trying to compare Van De Ven to Gabriel, all because he played well and scored a goal against Luton - potentialy the worst side in PL history.
They bring up this amazing defensive partnership they're building, yet Luton were creating loads of chances against them and 10 man Liverpool were cutting through them with ease. If we weren't so wasteful infront of goal, we could of had 3 past them at half time in the NLD.
  • They won't challenge for the league, but they could get Champions League qualification this year.
Though with the league expectations low for them in pre season, I would have put everything into trying to end their 15 year trophy drought this season...no Europe too, they should have made the cups the focus this year.
It's why I am unconvinced by Ange right now, that League Cup defeat was very poor

  • More. It will be a heavy defeat. They have no Saliba to slow Haaland down. They have no Gabriel to deal with Alvarez. It will be very, very lopsided
I’ve seen lots of people say stuff like ‘they barely beat Luton and almost lost to 10 man Sheffield utd and 9 man Liverpool’.

Do they mean ‘they beat Luton despite being away from home and having 10 men for 50 minutes and actually scoring while they were down to 10 men which should’ve actually made the score 0-6 considering how dominant they were in the first half. And then they beat Sheffield Utd by hanging in there despite being denied a certain penalty in the second half but never giving up before scoring 2 goals in the last 2 minutes before someone had a strop and was sent off for 30 seconds. And then they beat Liverpool because Liverpool players lost their discipline and Spurs took advantage eventually despite Liverpool having 9 men behind the ball and not coming out at all.’

The 10 man thing though. They always fail to mention the Bissouma thing but are so quick to mention it when it’s the opposing team that goes down to 10. It’s really obvious and stupid. Arses.

Re Fulham, they’re a harmless fanbase and i don’t mind them. I did meet a Fulham fan once through a friend and he told me he thought the atmosphere at the Lane was poor. I told him Fulham fans have clappers, which are almost as annoying as vuvuzelas, therefore this conversation needs to end. He conceded defeat there and then to be fair.

Quite a lot of their fans proving they have watched no games other than when we played them and created their own narrative from the results.

Also what spurs fans have honestly said Johnson is better than martinelli. Or Kulusevski is better than Saka. Again just taken either one off comments or making things up for their own narrative.

It just suggests they are worried about us, whereas we are just enjoying the ride of better football and a genuine shot of top 4, despite finishing so poorly last season.

  • HAVE WE A CHANCE

Now that Spurs will go to the top of the Premier League if they beat us tomorrow, does that put added pressure on them to win, so will that mean that even without a couple of our key players, we might have a chance of coming away with a point.?
  • layers gonna have to play out of position against a top side. Players away so little time to prepare. May have to write this one off
  • I 'er' love internationals because most of the top clubs have more stars on international duty more than we do and i think they will come back a bit more tired and frazzled and we can exploit that and get at em, and that is my scientific theory in a nutshell. Apparently, we won't have Solomon to embarrass us or to worry about but i think the danger man for Spurs is Heung-min Son who i think is a fantastic player with blinding pace and a fit Son will give us problems for 90 minutes if he is on his game. I am going with the science with this one and my c.s.e level grade c's is surely enough in the intelligence stakes to say Son should be a bit tired after the internationals. After the fiasco and the shame of the Chelsea game i think that Tim Ream and Diop will have good games but we also need big games from our midfield and Palhinha. Ream is written off by some and they say he should be retired but i disagree. These are the games where we need our most experienced players and Ream is our man for this game and Diop. By all means have Bassey and Toure on standby to rotate because 90 minutes is a long time and we will most likely need to freshen up. Romero is maybe one we can get at and hopefully, our pace guys can get at him. Romero featured for Argentina against Peru by the way and maybe my game plan can work and maybe pigs can fly. Postecoglou and Spurs do have a few injury worries and i hope Marco can exploit that.
  • If we beat Spurs and Man U can start thinking about Europe rather than the bottom three. We might have got in Europe last season if our beloved Mitro had not made a fool of himself

Diop is ruled out, which is a major loss for them.

“Adama, Kenny Tete and Tosin are still out, plus Issa Diop,” Marco Silva revealed. “As you know, last game he got an injury."

How can you dislike Messi?
Tbf I know someone who met him and said he was quite rude actually lol

besides the point but I love how they keep forgetting that apparently we are shit but yet they couldn’t beat us in their own back yard?

5 minute clip from a Fulham pod on their thoughts ahead of tonight's game.

I love the way opposition fans have all said "Luton should have scored against them" as a way to make us seem less of a threat, whilst completely ignoring the fact we should have been 4 or 5 up within the first 7 mins.

One guy on there said we were winning whilst not playing great. I genuinely dont think opposition fans watch us and just latch onto what others say online as most of the time their comments make no sense.

That comment made me laugh too

Us winning both those games 6-1 would not have been far fetched. We are going to batter someone soon

I thought they were generally fair and intelligent discussing their chances against us. They are obviously very hopeful that Bissouma's absence will weaken us, which is understandable. I love the bit where one of them says Spurs at their best can beat anyone in the league and they all suddenly look very depressed.

'We aren't playing well"

I stopped there lol. Fuck me we've played better footvlball in the last two months than we've seen at any point in the last two years

Cant stand people who give that air of they know what theyre talking about when they really dont.
