I thought he was vomitting blood. Have to admit for a few minutes I was very concerned something serious had happened. broken ribs and punctured something internally. He still managed to applaud the crowd though when being carried off.
Absolute heroic stuff. And another reason to justify my recent purchase of our away kit with his name and number on the back.
I'm 30 - and have no embarrassment in saying I love that man.
