Their fans are *****

They will come unstuck and end up looking very silly...again

Theyre not the biggest team in london...they ain't even the biggest team in north london

Whereas the Spammers are only the biggest club in East London because Millwall decamped south of the River. Sad, deluded little people.

We are so, so lucky to have a player of Bale's quality at the club. Not a one man team, not at all, we have a very able squad and starting eleven. But he really is one of the world's outstanding players right now, and he is ours!

think we should keep the same first 11 for arsenal

only change i'd like to see is holtby given a more central starting position and bale start from the left and then drift in

in the first half we were far too congested and i think in previous games that has been the case. bale is clearly top quality and coming inside to shoot has now become a great weapon but it's one that needs to be used interchangably with him running at the fb down the left. We look much more balanced, able to keep possession and create clear chances in the box when he does this rather than drift around in the middle of the pitch for the full 90 minutes

I'd categorise that as a great interception rather than a great save, but if you want to call it a save I won't argue. Point is, surely, that Jääskeläinen was far and away the busier of the two and pulled off at least five terrific stops. If it han't been for him this would have been a slaughterhouse.

I love it when you get all fruity. Did you google his name or added the " manually?

I think Dembele was rushed back into service a little early following his injury, he came back just as Sandro got injured if my memory's correct. Think we'll see Parker go over the summer and a top creative midfielder come in ala morts. Until then I think we'll continue to see Dembele used as he's our only real creative midfielder bar Carroll who really isn't ready to start games.
Think quality told in the end today it's just a shame we can't make it easier on ourselves and finish a few more of the chances we create - that's the difference between a top side which we are and a championship winning side. Hopefully Defoe can get a run of goals again we he comes back as I think we'll need them when inevitably Bale has a normal as apposed to incredible game!!

Chuffed for Gylfi as well. Hope this gives him a shot in the arm. I'm still not sure if he'll be here next season but if he is I expect him to improve.

I'd be annoyed if he does go. The squad as a whole needs improving; Gylfi is only 22/23 and we know what he's capable of doing. He can be a valuable squad player for us in the coming seasons imo and we should persevere with him.

Want to see Adebayor play well? Watch the game on Sunday. His whole season has been building for this match.

He ballsed up in the previous fixture this season and cost us dear. Thing is, remember how he performed for the twenty minutes or so he was on the pitch that day. He was completely dominating their defence. I hope he is as pumped up for it Sunday. We need him to he playing on the edge in this fixture I think.

Cool. Shame the season is 38 games and not just two.

A few points

We have 2 world class players. Bale and Loris.

Adebayor puts full effort in and for that I make allowances for him not scoring but I'd also say his last 2 games have shown he is getting his touch back as well.

No way will AVB put Livermore or Carroll in for the start on Sunday. Dembele and Parker both have some issues at the moment but they are proven experienced premiership players.

Fair play,, that was a great save,, he should have saved their second goal tho,, jaskailainen was motm for me

Cole completely miss hit that, the bounce made it difficult even though the ball was moving pretty slow.

I remember the days we would be fighting West Ham to 10th. Now we're genuinely in contention to finish 2nd. This is madness.

I thought Parker was fantastic tonight - he didn't do everything right but he took responsibility when we needed someone to do all the dirty work as well as trying to take the team forward at every opportunity he had

Words can't do bale justice so i won't bother

Please let him stay on the pitch for 90 mins next Sunday and yes would love to see Ade score a hat trick in a mighty Spurs win against the goons!

Parker did well. He was up against a supremely physical midfield and hardly put a foot wrong for me. Don't understand the negativity for Scott since Sandro's injury. He is the one player in our team who receives the ball in the worst positions with the least time and the only thing I could possibly fault him for is maybe trying too hard to impress the coach here and there and not keeping it simple enough, that and a rash challenge for the penalty but I think he was expecting Carroll to pull the trigger and was just trying to get in the way of the shot as he has done on countless occasions before. Lloris made a top draw save from Taylor which saved the game for us and also rushed out twice to prevent gilt edged chances for West Ham who were a difficult opponent today. Couldn't be happier.
