Being honest, if anyone went for a job in the private sector and performed at Janssen's level relative to his job, they would be fired quickly.

I would love nothing more than for him to come in to a game a bully defenders and make a real nuisance of himself, but being realistic, I don't think he would be a starting striker for any team in the PL, he is nowhere near being a PL level striker.

Keeping with your analogy, that would require the person in the private sector effectively being told to only come in at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, then being judged on his performance as if he were there Mon-Fri, 9-5pm.
In other words, it's a shitty analogy to be making.

I think we made a terrible mistake with this guy. We all have our opinions, and mine is that this guy is not, and will not be good enough for us. And if he turns out to be decent for a midtable PL team, you can get back to me, but I don't see that happening either.

I think we need to cut our losses, and get someone more versatile, someone who can play across the front, or in a 2 occasionally. We are a big deal now, we are ruthless and that's the way it has to be.

He'll immediately be a key player at mid table clubs, even at Everton imo. Just as with Netherland. His hold up play is great and he'll get a far better grip of the Premier League with regular game time.

We bring in a wide forward and I'd let Janssen go out on loan. I'm not ready to write him off yet. Regular prem football somewhere is exactly what he needs.

Difficult one this. I'd really like to see him be given an opportunity with a more natural winger alongside him as I think that would play to his strengths and may give us an alternative strategy. Having said that, if we need him to leave in order to bring in a "game changer" WF then I don't think we would regret it.

35m and id drive the two of them to wba or stoke myself. I dont dislike either as part of the squad but we can and must do better, and im sure both would defo look to secure more football leading up to wc2018

He's a striker for Spurs, not a fucking civil servant!

Whatever the analogy he is not good enough for where we want to be that's the end of it!
