Would be a great purchase. Can't see Bolton letting him go though.

I can, they would want good money, at least £13 - £14 million. Coyle would buy 5 players with that, more money than he has ever had to spend before. Jobs a good un all round.

Not particularly excited by a defender coming in this window. Its the other end of the pitch i'm most worried about. I do like him though, and would be happy if we get him in. I also like Muamba for centre midfield.

Cahill would be a good purchase, looks quite an agressive/'up for a fight' player which after the Liverpool display is what we are clearly lacking.
Would also like to see Flamani brought in as well as he is a class player and impressed me greatly in his last year with the scum purely for his battling qualities but also the fact that he has a bit more to his game.
We are nearly there in terms of a great team we just need a few leaders who basically are able to give it out when it comes to the crunch/crucial games. Liverpool are not better than us they just wanted it more on Tuesday.

That was by far and away the most disappointing thing for me about Wednesday night.

Dude, with Woody warped, King dethroned and Dawson dodgy we definitely need a decent CB.

Oh i know we need one. I'm just saying i'm not so much excited by it. Maybe its because of our great run of clean sheets lately. I'm much more excited by the prospect of attacking players generally anyway. We need to finish teams off.

Would be a great signing in my opinion, come on Cahill let the bright lights of London entice you!

isnt storts one of ours? why COYS? im confuzzled.
Storts is still one of ours. He said earlier on in the window that he was having problems getting on here at times.

As for Cahill, I haven't seen him a lot to know if I want him or not, but I haven't really been impressed with him. Time will tell I guess.

Think Cahill's suffered a bit like Bassong did last year. Doesn't look as good as he really is because of the shite he's playing with at the back. Would really like to see him at us but I think anything over 10m is way too much.

It's amazing that he's actually their top scorer in all comps this season!

Think Cahill could go on to be a class act, but he will have the "English player's tax" inflating his fee to ridiculous amounts. Much prefer him to Kaboul though.
