Comes across like a decent young fella.

Easy mistake to make, at work so many people forgot the simplest of rules and many won't remember all the policies they are supposed to adhere to.

Silly boy but it hardly sounds like an addiction.
But best to nip it in the bud
AVB plays a blinder again.

That was a very frank admission of his error. Hope he can forget it and concentrate on his football.

The silence is deafening. :(

Pretty sure quoting yourself in 2 consecutive posts could be described as spam, so I would just take it like a man before it gets worse!

Re: Townsend I think he is going to be great for us next season, really looking forward to having him in the squad. Hopefully this whole incident will spur him on.

Didn't Bentley have a gambling problem a few years ago? Don't remember him getting shopped to the FA over it though.

As I said elsewhere, I wouldn't mind 'betting' other footballers have unwittingly done the same and are saying "sh"t that could have been me.

People in general don't read rules and a few get caught out doing something they didn't know was / is wrong.

What he did was against the rules but still seems mild compared to some of the stories we hear about footballers gamblin
