Wimmer was excellent.

He appears to have stepped straight in to Verts position seamlessly. Got to say our collective defence of Walker, Trippier, Verts, Wimmer, Toby, Davies, Rose and Lloris is vertually unmatched in Europe.

If i'd had said that just three seasons ago i would be despatched to the funny farm...

Only 47 pages? No post match bickerfest?

Somethings not right. What's going on?

Anybody complaining after that performance needs help!
First time this season I still got clean pants after a 1-0 result.

Today's results show we can only depend on ourselves, but we can also be sure of Leicester nicking points from teams around us.

Wearing my yid-tinted glasses but we are still on for a treble

Surely you can find it in yourself to be happy that a club outside of London , Manchester and Merseyside is mounting a serious title challenge for the first time in 20 years ?
I don't want to disagree, so I'll just reply, n I never post, but no. A Hugh no. I just can't find it in me to be happy with that! I'd b so devastated! Beyond guttrf!

I'd be so jealous basically!!

Knew it was going to be frustrating, not helped by poor decisions from the ref and Gomes playing a blinder.

....yet, we found a way to win with a great move and from an unlikely source in Trippier who was fantastic coupled with a defence who were absolute rock solid.

This is how you go about winning the league ladies and gentlemen - bring on City!

I hate to rain on your parade but can you see Leicester dropping points? I was sure they would fuck up over Xmas and it didn't happen. And they are still rolling. Unfortunately it turns out that their win at WHL was a championship 6 pointer...

I'm very happy with how the team is progressing and the fantastic season we are having... I would have settled for a point at the beginning of the season but I am, like you, starting to dream the unthinkable. But it will take something monumental now for us to win the league - im happy to be proven wrong!!

Have to agree their win at the lane was pivotal as we would have been only two points behind them instead of five if we had won.
Next week at city will be tough because i cant see them losing two in a row at home and leicester just keep on winning too.

No we would have been above them by 1 point.

Wonder if BBC still fancies them as title contenders
Bet fkin Mickey Quinn does.
That biased fk wit actually said this morning, and was serious, that he'd take Sturridge to the Euros!!! This was after they said hes only played something like 23 games since 2013.
'What? Ahead of Rooney, Kane and Vardy?' he was asked.
'I think he offers something different.'
What a total prat. How he keeps that job is beyond me. Blokes a fkin embarrassment.

He offers the option of an absent player, which means the opposition will never see him. Clever man, Quinn, but not so good when looking after horses.;)

Very high praise from Flores about how good we were. I saw their game against Chelsea and although they were hanging on at the end, they bossed them in the first half. There is one recurring thing, though: our press is maintained for about 75 minutes and then falls off a bit, so we have to score in that time as we give the other team so breathing space in the last 15 mins.
