Big game no doubt. They gave us a tough time at their ground but they've fallen away a little since then.
Get an early goal and we should be fine.
Get an early goal and we should be fine.
Just read that Watford have 22 different nationalities in their squad. That's a lot.
Carry on.
It's been said that they may play more of a 4-3-1-2 to clog the midfield. Which is supposedly something they do away when they're on a pitch that isn't atrocious and they know the opposition will actually be able to make five yard passes with consistency.Expect a tough enough game but a couple of things in our favour compared to some other home games we've encountered this season.
First off we've had an extra 24 hours to recover and prepare, that's always a fairly significant advantage in my eyes.
Secondly they play 4-4-2 so the midfield won't be overloaded so we should dominate that area but with some space and time as well, albeit they'll be a threat on the counter with the power and pace of their two up top.
They do work hard off the ball and are well organized but having played last night that could well become a factor as the game wears on.
We'll probably have to be patient but I still think this is a game we'll win. Kane is really coming into goal scoring form now and I can't see them limiting us to so few chances that we are unable to take a couple.
See this ending 3-1 (who in the right mind would settle for a point at home to Watford)
That's like every country in the world...
I really hope we win this comfortably. A clean sheet would be nice too.
The confidence that will give the boys going into the Man City game will be invaluable...COYS
yeah i agree, the 3 at the back worked well against watford, It will be the same as before with dier going in the middle . I guess it's just who will go alongside dembele which will either be Bentaleb or Carroll.Presume and hope we'll be reverting to the 3 at the back tomorrow. Not only does it give insurance against the two up front, but also gives us superior width with our wing backs way higher than normal.
Need to win and i think we will plus city and leicster will drop points as they play each other.
City or Leicester will drop points, with potentially both if it's a draw
