This is going to be more difficult than many think I fear. They are the hardest working team in the league and will be difficult to break down. We'll need our key players to have a good game otherwise it could be a long afternoon and the longer we take to score the harder it will get...

Palace do need a win though and Pardew is quite capable of pulling unlikely results out of the bag. I can see him plotting a result today

They need to park the bus to restrict space in behind and launch the ball upfield to adebayor and Wickham. The tactics they used against us in the cup will stifle Leicester. However, I fully expect them to roll over like most teams seem to do against Leicester.

If we were the least hardworking team in the league you might have a point. But the reality is we're second in that statistic, and have been outrunning them since the turn of the year apparently. If you're just basing that opinion on that stat, you needn't worry.

Hopefully the risk of
relegation will inspire them.

My fear is that no pressure = no fear allowing them to play the way they like. I'll take a win any way we can get it.

There's no doubt we're better than them and have more quality which added to our workrate should mean we win easily but that hasn't stopped us from dropping points many times this season already (albeit less than previous seasons). I'm basing it on what I've seen of Bournemouth as a team. They're hard working and compact. It could be a very difficult game.

This is going to be the indicator for me whether we are actually suffering from fatigue, it has been mentioned we looked tired against Arsenal and West Ham but I felt that was due to the tough nature of those games. Villa was a stroll in the park in second gear so that doesn't concern me.

We're up against a team that will more than match us for fitness and hardwork, if we struggle with the intensity then I'm going to be a bit concerned about the final 7 games in the title race and think we're going to have to settle for 2nd-4th, which is no disgrace and a great achievement.

Bournemouth have some real quality in their side. They've done very well to be where they are with so many injuries at the beginning of the season.

I understand, and I've been saying shit like newcastle will beat leicester because they need the points, have a new manager, and andros townsend, watford play anti-football and sit deep and leicester struggle against that style, ect none of it has got actual results, so my new strategy is just saying there no way for them to drop points and to hope the reverse psychology does them in. but this is really just a desperate last resort

No they don't.
they are very well capable of sitting back and packing their own area like they did against ourselves
but that's not even the point of my post at all so i dont know why that's important

Well it's looking like my prediction isn't going to come to pass.

Absolutely must win now if we are to cement a top 4 place, and make a push for the league, with todays results for lesta and goon. Expect citeh to win tomorrow as well so really need 3 points. Anything less and could be a nervy and disappointing end to the season

if we as one of the title favourites cannot beat Bournemouth, then we do not deserve to be Champions.

Massive pressure now from kick off to win this, we lose this, Leicester win title imo, i will be gutted if we made it to easy for them, even more so finishing second to em. Time to see if we have the fortitude to go unbeaten to the end

I'm hoping the players are a bit more relaxed. Hopefully Pochettino is taking the pressure of the title off their shoulders by downplaying it, and saying that all that matters is the next game.

Worst thing we can do is start over-playing.

I'm not saying it will be tomorrow, but we're due to give somebody a good hiding at the Lane.

Bournemouth are a very good team. I saw a form table from like december 1 through now i believe it was and they were 3rd !!

Cannot afford to take them lightly. MUCH better team than they were when we smashed them at their place. Also, Boruc is a much better keeper than Federici.

Play the best XI we have.

Lloris
Walker Alderweireld Wimmer Rose
Dier Dembele
Lamela Alli Eriksen
